▎ 摘  要

Husk-derived amino-modified graphene nanoshuttles (aGR/NS) nanocomposites of sizes ranging from 0.3 to 1.0 mu m were prepared using modified Hummers' method, ammonia treatment and Hoffman degradation process. The resulted composites were characterized using transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR). The aGR/NS prepared in this study served as a novel matrix for MALDI-TOF MS to detect amino acids in Camellia nitidissima Chi (C. nitidissima) efficiently. Altogether 15 different amino acids of C. nitidissima were detected with strong peaks and good discrimination. High desorption/ionization efficiencies, lower matrix ion interference and good elimination effects were observed, which indicated that the technique reported in this study provided a novel and highly distinguishable method to determine the amino acid profile of C. nitidissima by MALDI-TOF MS analysis, than those of the traditional methods.
