▎ 摘  要

Functionalized graphene oxide (MDI-GO) was prepared by grafting of 4,4-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate) onto graphene oxide. X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and Raman spectroscopy revealed that 4,4-methylenebis(phenyl isocyanate) (MDI) was successfully bonded covalently to the surface of graphene oxide (GO) sheets. Results of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the surface morphology of MDI-GO became rougher and more crumpled as compared to GO. Thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) proved the significantly improved thermal stability of MDI-GO. The electrochemical properties of composite coatings were determined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Results suggested that MDI-GO was effective as a barrier, which enhanced the anti-corrosion properties of the coatings tremendously. The coating showed excellent corrosion resistance when the content of MDI-GO in the mass was 0.05g. We believe that such a coating had a good potential to be used for applications as anti-corrosive material.
