▎ 摘  要

In a planar multilayer dielectric structure with graphene inserted as a boundary surface current, the optical transport properties for the transverse electric/magnetic mode have been investigated using the matrix transfer method. When an arbitrarily polarized wave transmits through the dielectric layers, the phase difference of the transmitted light between two vertical polarization directions at the terahertz frequency region is variable. The similar dependence of phase difference at zero points on the graphene Fermi energy and the number of graphene layers offers an efficient and reliable experiment method for identifying graphene flakes. The graphene broadening width can be applied to tune the value of the phase difference, but not the positions with zero phase difference. The ellipticity can be determined by the phase difference and the incident linearly polarized direction. This phenomenon is similar to the presence of the cyclotron resonance case in a traditional two dimensional electron gas.
