NOVELTY - Preparing electrospinning nanofiber involves electrospinning the spinning solution, where the spinning solution includes a polymer, a solvent and a photothermal agent. The laser is used to heat the jet. The area where the heating starts is the 20% area before the end of the jet stabilization section, and the jet does not start to split and stretch in the 20% area before the end of the jet stabilization section. USE - Method for preparing electrospinning nanofibers used in the filter material field (claimed), in medical sanitation and catalysis field, in energy engineering, and industrial production. ADVANTAGE - The method does not affect the jet stable excitation of No. 1 area and jet splitting process No. 2 area, provides a suitable output power and conversion efficiency in the area, improves the volatilization speed of the organic solvent in the section in the nano fiber and mechanical property of the nano fibre collecting product, reduces the solvent residue in the nanofibers accumulation product and excitation process difficulty of the solution on-line electrode, jet excitation lower limit of the needle-free electrostatic spinning, and the whole energy consumption of the device, and improves the mechanical property of the nano fibre collecting product and generates the jet splitting inhibiting effect with large difference.
