NOVELTY - Manufacture of flexible display apparatus (10) involves preparing a support substrate, forming primary graphene oxide layer having primary electrical charge on the support substrate, forming secondary graphene oxide layer (200b) having secondary electrical charge on the primary graphene oxide layer, forming a flexible substrate (300) on the secondary graphene oxide layer, forming a display unit (400) on the flexible substrate, and separating the support substrate and flexible substrate from each other. USE - Manufacture of flexible display apparatus (claimed) e.g. liquid crystal display apparatus and organic light-emitting display apparatus. Uses include but are not limited to digital camera, video camera, personal digital assistant and cellular phone. ADVANTAGE - The flexible display apparatus having excellent reliability is manufactured with suppressed infiltration of humidity.
