NOVELTY - Polymer material composition comprises 80-110 pts. wt. high molecular polymer, 1-10 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-15 pts. wt. inorganic filler and 0.5-2 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as polymer material composition. ADVANTAGE - The polymer material composition has good wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: preparing polymer material composition comprising heating, stirring and mixing, and cooling to room temperature, adding to the extruder to granulate, when the high molecular polymer is high-density polyethylene and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, the temperature of heating and stirring is 30-100°C, and the temperature of granulation in the extruder is 90-280°C, when the high molecular polymer is an engineering plastic, the temperature for heating and stirring is 20-150°C, and the temperature for granulating in the extruder is 125-390°C; and coating a sucker rod with the composition comprising adding the composition into an extruder, and sucking the oil rod body is inserted into the extruder, and with the movement of the sucker rod body, the melted composition is coated on the sucker rod body.
