▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Improving dispersion effect of graphene in acrylic emulsion, comprises (i) dissolving modifier in absolute ethanol to prepare a modifier solution with a mass concentration of 0.05-8%, where modifier is (E)-Cyclooct-2-en-1-yl (4-nitrophenyl) carbonate, 2-bromobicyclo(2,2,1)heptane, potassium pentyl trichloroborate, n-butyl sulfide Phosphoric acid triamine, amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, antioxidant 702, benzyl trimethyl silane, 3,3'-dithiobis (propane-1-ol), tetraisopropyl methylene diphosphate or cyanomethylene tri-n-butyl phosphine; and (ii) adding modification solution into the powdered graphene, adding water, stirring at 300-800 revolutions/minute for 3-30 minutes, turning on the sand mill for sanding, and finally spray-drying. USE - The method is useful for improving dispersion effect of graphene in acrylic emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The graphene has long-time stable dispersion, and has good prospect in the acrylic resin emulsion.
