NOVELTY - Biodegradable material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. straw, 50-70 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 0.5-3 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, 3-10 pts. wt. wear-resistant additive, 3-10 pts. wt. flame retardant, 3-10 pts. wt. antibacterial agent and 1-4 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The biodegradable material is useful in a mobile phone case. ADVANTAGE - The material has high wear-resistant, excellent abrasion resistance, improves softness, antistatic and antibacterial property, automatically degrades under natural conditions, and is environmentally-friendly, safe and non-toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing the material, involving (a) cleaning the straw and drying and crushing to obtain a straw staple fiber of 100-150 mesh, (b) placing the treated straw staple fiber in a high-speed stirrer and adding wear-resistant additive, flame retardant and antibacterial agent for stirring and mixing treatment, (c) adding the mixed treated material to titanate coupling agent for coupling treatment, and (d) adding polylactic acid and graphene to the material subjected to coupling treatment, and feeding into a mixing stirrer for blending and kneading to obtain the finished product.
