NOVELTY - A polymer heating film comprises base film, overmolded bonding layer and flexible conductive coating is prepared by using aqueous polyurethane as resin matrix, graphene conductive paste, conductive carbon black paste, composite dispersant, and stabilizer. USE - Polymer heating film used for manufacturing and assembling heated plastic materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polymer heating film has simple process for manufacturing and assembling heated plastic materials. The process of heating plastic materials can be achieved on the basis of assembly process without changing the original assembly line, which is faster and more convenient than the process of heating wire or laminated film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of polymer heating film which involves attaching base film with mirror stainless steel roller, attaching secondary injection bonding layer with wool roller, heating mirror stainless steel roller to 180-190 degrees C, heating wool roller to 145-160 degrees C, thermal bonding to obtain a film, stirring the flexible conductive coating at 2000 rpm for 20-25 minutes, applying the flexible conductive coating at 10 rpm with 1250 mesh reticulated coating roll, draping on the laminated film, baking at 150-160 degrees C for 3-5 minutes and curing the coating.
