NOVELTY - A cooling system has a micro channel comprising base (110) and side (120), which are configured to form portion of inflow opening and outflow opening, and gas. The micro channel is configured to accommodate flow of gas from inflow opening to outflow opening in primary direction perpendicular to cross section of micro channel. Base contains aluminum sheet metal, anodized aluminum, Teflon (RTM: polytetrafluoroethylene)-coated aluminum, painted aluminum, copper sheet metal, graphene and pyrolytic graphite. Side contains aluminum foil, copper foil, graphene and pyrolytic graphite. USE - System is used for cooling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The micro channel in the cooling system effectively controls temperature of gas. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cooling system has a micro channel comprising a base and a side, which are configured to form a portion of an inflow opening and an outflow opening, and a gas comprising constituent particles. The gas is induced to flow through the micro channel through operation of pressure differential between primary pressure and a secondary pressure. The primary pressure of the gas proximal to the inflow opening is atmospheric. The secondary pressure of the gas proximal to the outflow opening is less than atmospheric. The micro channel is configured to accommodate a flow of the gas from inflow opening to outflow opening in primary direction perpendicular to cross section of the micro channel. The base contains base material containing aluminum sheet metal, anodized aluminum, Teflon (RTM: polytetrafluoroethylene)-coated aluminum, painted aluminum, copper sheet metal, graphene and pyrolytic graphite. The side contains side material including aluminum foil, copper foil, graphene and pyrolytic graphite. The side has thickness of 0.5-500 mu m. The micro channel having thickness of 0.5-500 mu m is formed in portion by providing side on the base. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for cooling method.
