NOVELTY - Device comprises gas atomizing-crushing device, inlet device, gas washing device (15), temperature control device and material speed reduction device (10). The gas atomizing-crushing device comprises high pressure air source system. The device is provided with lower smelting chamber (3), which is in turn with atomizing chamber (6) and collector (16). The smelting chamber is provided with crucible (4). The crucible is placed in nozzle (5) of atomizing chamber. The high pressure air source system is provided with air inlet device and washing device. USE - Device used for producing high-strength and high-conductivity graphene copper-based powder material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing high-strength and high-conductivity graphene copper-based powder material, which involves: (A) pre-treating gas atmosphere in atomization chamber in presence of high purity hydrogen gas and high purity argon gas; (B) heating and melting raw copper in crucible of melting chamber; (C) controlling temperature of the atomizing chamber; (D) injecting inert gas into the nozzle by high pressure air supply system to obtain fine copper droplets in high temperature molten state; (E) converting fine copper droplets from high-temperature molten liquid phase to semi-solidified molten state by using control device; and (F) spray-crushing the obtained material under argon gas to obtain the desired product.
