NOVELTY - Improving the strength of 4A non-adhesive large spherical molecular sieves, comprises (1) grinding fly ash and metakaolin, passing through a 200-mesh sieve, calcining at 700-800℃ for 1-2 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain a calcined material, (2) soaking the calcined material in sulfuric acid solution, stirring at 50-70℃ for 1-2 hours, filtering, washing, drying, adding sodium hydroxide and mixing evenly, performing alkali fusion at 400-450℃ for 1-2 hours, adding sodium metaaluminate, pore-forming agent, graphene oxide dispersion, and water, mixing evenly, forming into balls, drying, and calcining to obtain a molecular sieve blank, (3) adding the molecular sieve blank to the ball forming machine for wetting at 20-60 revolutions/minute, adding water to moisten until the moisture content is 10-30%, and obtaining a wet molecular sieve, crystallizing the wetted molecular sieve at 70-100℃ for 3-8 hours, drying and calcining in sequence. USE - The method for improving strength of 4 A non-adhesion big ball molecular sieve used for production of phosphorus-free washing powder in detergent industry.
