NOVELTY - A modified thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) cable material comprises 100 pts. wt. modified TPEE, 50-100 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2-10 pts. wt. flame retardant synergist, 1-5 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 5-10 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. USE - Modified thermoplastic polyester elastomer cable material. ADVANTAGE - The material can be recycled, is environment-friendly, and has excellent flame retardant performance, mechanical property, thermal aging performance and processing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing modified TPEE cable material comprising adding modified TPEE, flame retardant, flame retardant synergist, lubricant, antioxidant and auxiliary agent into high speed mixer, high-speed mixing for 5-10 minutes at speed of 2500-3000 rpm, uniformly stirring, discharging to obtain mixed material, melting through SJSZ-65-conical twin-screw extruder, extruding, and granulating. Extrusion is done at screw rotating speed of 60 rpm, first zone temperature at 160-180 degrees C, second zone temperature at 200-220 degrees C, third zone temperature at 200-220 degrees C, fourth zone temperature at 190-210 degrees C, fifth zone temperature at 190-200 degrees C, sixth zone temperature at 180-200 degrees C, seventh zone temperature at 180-200 degrees C, eighth zone temperature at 180-200 degrees C, ninth zone temperature at 190-210 degrees C and die head temperature at 220-235 degrees C.
