▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nanoliposome encapsulating graphene quantum dot is prepared by adding lecithin and cholesterol into chloroform, ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing, rotationally evaporating and removing chloroform to obtain liposome film, adding graphene quantum dot solution, ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing in ice bath to obtain mixed solution I, repeatedly extruding through polycarbonate film to obtain mixed solution II, and dialyzing. USE - The method is used for preparing nano liposome encapsulating graphene quantum dot for preparing fluorescent probe or pancreatitis marker detection sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanoliposome has high biological safety and stable light emitting effect. The liposome is broken in the presence of phospholipase A2 releasing fluorescent signal molecule wrapped in it. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a measuring content of phospholipase A2 for non-disease diagnosis using nanoliposome encapsulating graphene quantum dot comprising mixing concentration gradient of five phospholipase A2 aqueous solution with nanoliposome encapsulating graphene quantum dot, water bath reacting, respectively measuring fluorescence spectrum to obtain fluorescence spectrum maximum intensity, drawing standard curve according to fluorescence spectrum maximum intensity and concentration of phospholipase A2 aqueous solution to obtain linear equation, mixing sample to be tested with nanoliposome encapsulating graphene quantum dot, water bath reacting, measuring fluorescence spectrum to obtain maximum intensity of fluorescence spectrum of sample to be tested, and obtaining content of sample to be detected according to linear equation.
