NOVELTY - Production of large sized graphene oxide containing-graphite comprises oxidizing graphite, adding deionized water to obtain 0.5-10% solid content of graphite oxide of graphite oxide suspension, at volume ratio of suspension of graphite oxide and deionized water of 1:0-1:500, dispersing to obtain large-diameter graphite oxide dispersion liquor, and removing impurities in mother liquor to obtain large diameter of the graphene oxide. USE - Method of production of large sized graphene oxide containing-graphite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces high purity and large diameter size chip products, and has short process.
