NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene-based sheet molding compound composite, involves taking load-bearing film, 20-30 pts. wt. glass fiber yarn, 20-30 pts. wt. unsaturated resin, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. low-shrinkage additive, 10-15 pts. wt. MD filler and 3-5 pts. wt. dispersing additive. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based sheet molding compound composite. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes strengthening and toughening function of graphene, ensures sheet molding compound products modified with excellent mechanical properties, achieves excellent surface gloss and texture of sheet molding compound molded products with graphene than other products, increases the Barcol hardness of varicose to 56, and improves the scratch resistance.
