NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophilic graphene comprises processing dialysis treatment to remove the oxidized graphite of the residual ion prepared by Hummers method, preparing the material into the aqueous solution with the concentration of not greater than 1 mg/ml by ultrasound, adding hexamethylenetetramine according to the mass ratio of the oxidized graphite to the hexamethylenetetramine of 2:1-1:2, and agitating and reflowing to react at 100 degrees C for 8-12 hours to obtain the graphene dispersing system. USE - The hydrophilic graphene is useful in the field of inorganic material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple and convenient operation and low manufacturing cost.
