NOVELTY - Preparation of sensitive film involves dissolving cobalt chloride in anhydrous ethanol, adding isobutyl titanate, stirring, adjusting pH to 2-6, obtaining mixed solution, reacting at 20-80 degrees C for 30-150 minutes, obtaining cobalt titanate precursor solution, uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous ethanol, obtaining ethanol suspension of graphene oxide, coating the precursor solution on silicon substrate, obtaining cobalt titanate precursor film, plating 1 or more layers of graphene oxide film on the precursor film, obtaining cobalt titanate precursor/graphene oxide film, plating cobalt titanate precursor film layers on resultant, and calcining. USE - Preparation of sensitive film with sandwich structure. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of sensitive film having excellent sensitivity and selectivity.
