NOVELTY - A water-based ink comprises 100 pts. wt. resin emulsion, 1-120 pts. wt. color paste, 0.5-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. assistant crosslinker, 0.5-5 pts. wt. adhesion promoter and 0.5-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The resin emulsion comprises water, emulsifier and matrix resin dispersed in the form of latex particles. The matrix resin is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, metallocene catalytic polyethylene, metallocene catalytic ethylene-butylene copolymer, metallocene catalytic ethylene-octylene copolymer, metallocene catalytic ethylene-pentene copolymer, ethylenepropylene copolymer; ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer or ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer. USE - Water-based ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink can be printed on conventional adhesive film of photovoltaic component, satisfies power requirement of photovoltaic component, improves flexibility and adhesive force of adhesive film, better whole flexibility to counteract the mechanical stress or thermal stress generated in the process of processing the photovoltaic component, effectively avoids the phenomenon of film coating cracking DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an adhesive film comprising base material layer and aqueous ink layer. The aqueous ink layer is formed by printing and curing aqueous ink on base material layer. The base material layer is ethylene vinyl acetate layer or polyolefin elastomer layer. The aqueous ink layer has patterned structure.
