▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) heater (100) comprises a heater body (104) formed of a PPTC polymer matrix comprising a conductive filler and a semicrystalline polymer. A first electrode (102) is disposed on a first side of the heater body and coupled to a first wire. A second electrode (106) disposed on the first side of the heater body and spaced apart from the first electrode to define a gap (116). The heater body, the first electrode, and the second electrode are arranged in an annular shape. USE - Polymeric positive temperature coefficient (PPTC) heater for a temperature-sensitive actuator. ADVANTAGE - The PPTC heater is strategically designed to have a predetermined self-regulation temperature suited to whatever application utilizes the heater, ensures the stable output of the linear movement of the piston by limiting the heating to the thermoelement, and enables direct contact with the thermo-element of the actuator, which results in high heat efficiency. The heater has a simple design, which may save manufacturing costs.
