NOVELTY - A graphene heat-generating film comprises an organic polymer base film and heating circuit on surface(s) of the organic polymer base film. The heating circuit is formed by applying graphene conductive paste on the surface of the base film, and curing. USE - Film is used for graphene heat-generating assembly (claimed) used as heat source for power battery pack. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat-generating film provides lightweight and thin assembly having excellent thermal conductivity, winding performance, heating efficiency, dimensional stability, mechanical strength and flexibility, low heating voltage, fast heating speed, uniform heating surface and soft texture, without red hot phenomenon. The battery using the assembly has excellent cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene heat-generating assembly, which comprises the graphene heat-generating film, thermally conductive silica gels, organic polymer insulating films, thermally conductive sheets and a temperature sensor.
