NOVELTY - The material has a graphene dispersion film combined with a supporting layer, a graphene containing layer and an adhesive layer, where the graphene containing layer is provided with the supporting layer and the adhesive layer. The supporting layer is made of graphene composite material. Thickness of the graphene-containing layer is 5-50 mm. The adhesive layer comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive layer or hot melt adhesive layer. A heat interface material comprises heat-conducting silica gel, natural graphite and an indium alloy. USE - Graphite radiating material. Uses include but are not limited to a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an intelligent mobile phone, a network, a display, a, server, a digital camera, a projector, a TV, a speaker, an electronic instrument, a vehicle electronic equipment, a medical equipment or communication base station (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material ensures better radiating effect and reliability, prolongs service life, improves production yield rate and reduces error rate and manufacturing cost of an electronic product.
