NOVELTY - Rapid prototyping 3D printing material comprises 15-20 pts. wt. nano alumina, 4-7 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber, 0.05-0.15 pts. wt. fumed silica, 2-5 pts. wt. polyethylene, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene, 4-6 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 0.5-1 pt. wt. rare earth oxide, and 5-8 pts. wt. reinforcing additives. USE - As rapid prototyping 3D printing material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple steps, and reasonable combination of various processes. The material has excellent stackability and durability, rapid and stable molding, excellent temperature and pressure resistance, wide application fields, and prolonged shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the 3D printing material capable of rapid prototyping comprising (i) mixing the nano-alumina, EPDM rubber, fumed silica, and polyethylene and placing into the mixing tank for mixing treatment, during the period, the rotation speed of the stirring is controlled to be 800-1000 rpm, and the duration of the stirring treatment is controlled to be 50-60 minutes, (b) adding graphene, polyethylene glycol, rare earth oxides, and reinforcing additives to the stirring tank, and performing ultrasonic treatment while stirring, during this period, the rotation speed of the stirring is controlled to be 1200-1500 rpm, and the duration of the stirring treatment is controlled to be 1-1.5 hours, and taking out after completion.
