NOVELTY - Solar cell material (I), is new. USE - Solar cell material is used for active layer of organic solar cell, hole transport layer or electron transport layer. ADVANTAGE - The material improves the problem that the mixed structure is easy to occur phase separation, improving the carrier mobility, device stability and improving the battery efficiency, reducing the cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Solar cell material of formula (A)m-G-(D)n (I), is new. G is single-armed carbon nanotubes, multi-armed carbon nanotubes, graphene, graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide or other graphene derivatives; D is a donor unit; A is an acceptor unit; and m and n are integers, which may be the same or different, but are not 0 at the same time.
