▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive ink composition comprises a conductive filler having a silver-coated core cell structure; a multi-component binder comprising at least one of first binder of an acrylic resin or phenoxy resin and second binder of polyurethane resin; and at least two mixed solvent having vapor pressure at room temperature in the range of 2.30-3.30 mmHg. The polyurethane resin has viscosity of 10000-50000 cPs, and corresponds to copolymer resin containing amide-based monomer (I). USE - The composition is useful for discharging electrostatic charges (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent conductivity, high elongation, adhesion and relatively low light reflectivity; can form conductive pattern on glass substrate in continuous process; is easily formed through continuous process i.e. dispensing process using dispenser; can be dried with relatively short drying time; and can be applied to screen printing process as well as dispensing process and jetting process.
