▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Modifying graphene comprises (i) oxidizing graphene by Hummers method, and then adding graphene oxide and functional monomer into reactor, where amount of the graphene oxide is 5-20 wt.% of functional monomer; and functional monomer is acryl glycidyl ester, photosensitized -NCO functional prepolymer and photosensitized -COOH functional prepolymer, (ii) adding p-hydroxyanisole and triethylbenzylamine chloride into reactor, where total amount of p-hydroxyanisole and triethylbenzylamine chloride is 0.1% of the total weight of graphene oxide monomer and functional monomer, (iii) raising the temperature of the reaction system to 90 degrees C to polymerize graphene oxide and functional monomers by in situ, (iv) determining the values of epoxy group, -NCO group or -COOH group in reaction system, and (v) when the amount of epoxy group, -NCO group or -COOH group is 10%, less than 0.5% or less than 0.5%, then cooling, and filtering to obtain clear and transparent reaction mixture. USE - The graphene is useful in ultraviolet light curable paint (claimed).
