NOVELTY - Flexible transparent encapsulation member (140) comprises flexible substrate (110), a graphene layer (120) formed on the substrate, a polymer layer (130) formed on the graphene layer, and an organic adhesive layer (150) formed on the substrate outer region and spaced apart from the graphene layer. USE - Used flexible transparent encapsulation member. ADVANTAGE - The flexible transparent encapsulation member has improved water absorption property to be penetrated, and improves lifetime of the organic electronic device by increasing the cooling characteristic effect of the organic electronic device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing flexible transparent encapsulation member, comprising growing a graphene layer on a transfer substrate provided with a catalyst metal, introducing an etching solution into the transfer substrate on which the graphene layer is grown to remove the catalyst metal, transferring the graphene layer to a substrate, forming a polymer layer on the graphene layer of the substrate and applying an organic adhesive layer on the substrate in the substrate outer region.
