▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The attenuator has a graphene sandwich structure (2) embedded into a substrate integrated waveguide (1). The graphite sandwich structure is provided with a single-layer graphene (3) and a diaphragm paper (4). The diaphragm paper is connected with the single-layer graphene. An end of the diaphragm paper is coated with conductive paste. The diaphragm paper adjusts conductivity of the graphene sandwich structure. A micro-strip linear wire is connected with a strip. A lower surface on the substrate integrated waveguide is provided with a metal plate (5). USE - Graphene-based substrate integrated waveguide dynamically adjustable attenuator. ADVANTAGE - The attenuator accurately adjusts conductivity of graphene, distance length and sandwich structure of grapheme.
