NOVELTY - A thermoelectric sensor comprises a first flexible layer, a graphene thermoelectric layer, and a second flexible layer, where the graphene thermoelectric layer is bonded to the first flexible layer, the graphene thermoelectric layer has a grid structure and the both ends of graphene thermoelectric layer is provided with lead-out terminals, the lead-out terminals are connected to an external circuit through a wire, the second flexible layer is attached to the first flexible layer and the graphene thermoelectric layer, and the thermal expansion coefficient of the first flexible layer is 10-50 times the thermal expansion coefficient of the second flexible layer. USE - Thermoelectric sensor. ADVANTAGE - The thermoelectric sensor has excellent recovery performance, heat dissipation performance, in simple structure and rapid response.
