NOVELTY - A high heat-conducting graphene floor heating pipe comprises pipe body (1) comprising polyethylene layer. The inner wall of the polyethylene layer is provided with a steel wire net layer. The inner wall of the steel wire net layer is provided with a graphene heat-conducting layer. The raw material of the polyethylene layer comprises 20-30 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 8-16 pts. wt. initiator, 10-20 pts. wt. high density polyethylene fiber, 10-20 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, 6-10 pts. wt. lubricant, and 12-16 pts. wt. filler. The graphene heat conducting layer comprises 20-30 pts. wt. graphite, 8-18 pts. wt. antioxidant, 6-12 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-14 pts. wt. coupling agent, 7-14 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, and 8-12 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - High heat-conducting graphene floor heating pipe. ADVANTAGE - The heating pipe has high thermal conductivity, improves heat dissipation rate and heating efficiency, is energy-saving, and prolongs service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heating pipe comprising: (A) selecting graphite, selecting clean beaker, pouring sulfuric acid solution into the beaker, putting selected graphite, mixing, stirring at 250-300 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding potassium permanganate powder, water bath heating to 25-40 degrees C, standing at 50-60 degrees C, pouring the slurry into the flask, injecting hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 30-40 minutes, adding sodium hypochlorite solution, continuously stirring for 30-40 minutes, filtering, using ethanol solution to wash the filter cake for 3-5 times, putting the modified reaction solid and crop straw at mass ratio of 1:5 into a crusher, crushing, drying for 2 hours at 70-80 degrees C, adding antioxidant, graphene heat conducting layer, dispersant, coupling agent, heat stabilizer and plasticizer, and stirring at 60-80 degrees C for s 1-2 hours; (B) selecting polyethylene resin, pouring it into the stirrer, adjusting temperature to 100-160 degrees C, stirring, adding remaining raw materials, and stirring for 2-3 hour; and (C) pouring the graphene heat-conducting layer into an extruder, extruding, molding, covering with a layer of steel wire net, pouring polyethylene layer, extruding, covering the surface of the steel wire net layer, forming polyethylene layer, and vacuum shaping.
