NOVELTY - An active material comprises 0.5-1.2 wt.% colloidal graphite, 0.5-0.8 wt.% humic acid, 0.3-0.8 wt.% lignin, 0.5-1.2 wt.% barium sulfate, 0.07-0.2 wt.% short fiber, 0.05-0.15 wt.% PTFE, 0.03-0.2 wt.% polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-0.2 wt.% 1,2-propylene glycol, 0.1-0.3 wt.% graphite, 0.8-1.5 wt.% acetylene black, 75-85 wt.% powder, 7-10 wt.% sulfur acid solution and rest deionized water. USE - Active material for use in graphene cathode of lead-acid storage battery. ADVANTAGE - The active material has enhanced performance, better capacity, better charge and discharge performance, and increased circulation use life of the battery.
