NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene modified rubber composite material comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber, 0.01-10 pts. wt. three-dimensional graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 8-12 pts. wt. rubber compounding agent. USE - Three-dimensional graphene modified rubber composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene modified rubber composite material is prepared easily by simple process with excellent abrasion resistance, heat resistance, and strength performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of three-dimensional graphene modified rubber composite material, which involves (i) preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in 1-2 mg/ml ultrapure water, transferring to a reactor, reacting at 160-200 degrees C for 20-24 hours, and washing to obtain a three-dimensional reduced graphene hydrogel, freeze drying, (iii) adding rubber, three-dimensional graphene, rubber compounding agent, and vulcanizing agent to a mill, mixing at 40-90 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, leaving still for 16-24 hours, and vulcanizing with a flat vulcanizer at 140-170 degrees C for 10-40 minutes.
