NOVELTY - The preparation method of nitrogen-doped graphene involves ball-milling a mixture of graphene and nitrogen source, and calcining the ball-milled product. USE - Preparation method of nitrogen-doped graphene used for capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene with improved nitrogen content, free carrier density, electrochemical performance and chemical stability, by simple, economical and industrial process.
