▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High capacity silicon carbon material, prepared by applying liquid-phase hydrogen bond induced self-assembly manner, carrying out the surface modification of nano silicon, mixing with the carbon material intermediate under liquid phase conditions, forming the silicon-carbon precursor material under the induction of hydrogen bonds, and modifying structure. USE - The high capacity silicon carbon material is useful for cathode of lithium battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon material: preparation method distributes nano silicon inside the material, combine evenly with the carbon intermediate material and distributes a uniform conductive agent around to promote electron transmission, realize the compactness of the structure and the uniformity of the surface which can cushion the expansion of internal materials and avoids contact between nano silicon and electrolyte to improve the stability of the material and suitable for industrial production; and has good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high capacity silicon carbon material, comprising (i) dispersing the nano silicon in a solvent, dispersing ultrasonically, stirring uniformly and adding the modifier solution drop by drop to obtain dispersion A; (ii) dispersing the conductive carbon material in a solvent to prepare dispersion B; (iii) dispersing the carbon base material in a solvent, dispersing ultrasonically and stirring uniformly and adding the modifier solution drop by drop to obtain dispersion D; (iv) adding the dispersions A, B and the modifier solution drop wise into the dispersion D at the same time, and stirring to obtain the dispersion E; and (v) allowing the dispersion E to stand still for 2-4 hours, collecting the lower layer slurry, drying, sintering in an inert atmosphere, crushing and passing through a 300-meshes sieve.
