NOVELTY - A high performance cladding-layer Q and P steel is prepared by polishing Q and P steel surface to mirror image, adding nano graphene powder in aluminum alloy powder, dry ball milling and uniformly mixing powders to obtain mixed powder, putting polished Q and P steel into sodium hydroxide solution to remove steel surface dirt, putting in concentrated nitric acid and concentrated hydrofluoric acid mixed solution, etching for 30-90 seconds, etching 20-60 nm micropore on Q and P steel surface, putting in sodium chloride solution for 60-90 seconds, taking out, drying for 30-60 minutes, adding etched Q and P steel substrate into 1-hydroxyethane 1,1-diphosphonic acid, etching substrate in mixed solution of EDTA and cyano-pore is inactive state for 30-60 seconds, adding mixed powder into Q and P steel substrate surface by adhesive, and high frequency induction cladding. USE - Method for preparing high performance cladding-layer Q and P steel.
