NOVELTY - High temperature resistant material furnace inner support roller comprises 5-10 wt.% silicon oxide, 5-10 wt.% silicon nitride, 5-7 wt.% boron nitride, 3-9 wt.% boron carbide, 13-36 wt.% ceramic powder, 8-12 wt.% glass fiber, 4-6 wt.% continuous basalt fiber, 6-12 wt.% white carbon black, 8-16 wt.% graphene, 4-12 wt.% zirconium silicate powder, 8-12 wt.% alumina cobalt and 8-15 wt.% manganese oxide. USE - Used as high temperature resistant material furnace inner support roller. ADVANTAGE - The roller: has simple preparation process, excellent wear resistance, high temperature resistance, flame retardant, long service life and anti-aging property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high temperature resistant material furnace inner support roller comprising (i) adding silicon oxide, silicon nitride, boron nitride, boron carbide and ceramic powder into the grinder, grinding for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixture A, (ii) mixing glass fiber, continuous basalt fiber, white carbon black, graphene, zirconium silicate powder, alumina cobalt and manganese oxide mixed in the mixer, mixing at 120-150 degrees C for 6-12 minutes to obtain mixture B, (iii) adding mixture B into mixture A, mixing in the tubular electric furnace, heating at 150-1250 degrees C at a rate of 4-6 degrees C/minute under a nitrogen atmosphere, insulating for 1-2 hours, then heating at 1350-1500 degrees C at a rate of 2-4 degrees C/minute for 4-6 hours, turning off the tube furnace, cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
