NOVELTY - Water-based anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating comprises component A and a component B, where the component A is prepared from 20-40 pts. wt. bio-based water-based emulsion, 5-20 pts. wt. hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, 1-2 pts. wt. matting powder, 1-2 pts. wt. graphite fluoride, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene fluoride, 7-10 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-4 pts. wt. film-forming assistant, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. mildew inhibitor, 3-5 pts. wt. functional assistant, 15-25 pts. wt. pigment and 4-8 pts. wt. filler. The component B comprises 15-20 pts. wt. isohydric acid ester. USE - Water-based anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating. ADVANTAGE - The water-based anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating has characteristics of low VOC, environmental protection and no toxicity, higher compactness and anti-doodling performance, and excellent anti-sticking performance and cleanable grade of the oil marking pen and the spray paint of 3 grade, and the coating has excellent anti-sticking performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing water-based anti-doodling and anti-sticking coating, which involves: (A) adding 20-40 pts. wt. soya-bean oil acid, 7-10 pts. wt. pentaerythritol and 3-7 pts. wt. monohydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane into a reaction kettle at 240 degrees C for reaction for 2 hours; (B) adding 10-15 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride and 5-9 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene at 220 degrees C for reaction for 3-4 hours; (C) reducing the temperature to 120 degrees C for decompressing for 1 hour; (D) pumping out the dimethylbenzene at 80 degrees C; (E) adding 2-3 pts. wt. hexamethylene diisocyanate and 0.01 pts. wt. drier 2,2'-dimorpholinodiethyl ether for 2 hours; (F) adding 0.5-1 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol protective adhesive and 3-6 pts. wt. emulsifier; and (G) adding deionized water for emulsification under high-speed stirring to obtain the bio-based water-based emulsion.
