▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene porous electrode material is prepared from graphene/polyacrylonitrile (PAN) composite nonwoven felt by preoxidation heat-treatment and high-temperature carbonization. The porous electrode material has specific surface area of 120-437 m2/g and pore size of 2-100 nm. USE - Graphene porous electrode material used for seawater desalination. ADVANTAGE - The porous electrode material has high ion-exchange capacity and good conductivity and corrosion resistance. Preparation method is simple and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene porous electrode material by: (A) preparing homogeneous, viscous solution comprising 10-15 wt.% PAN powder, 0.1-2.5 wt.% graphene, 1-2.6 wt.% anhydrous lithium chloride and balance N,N-dimethylformamide; and electrospinning for 6-20 hours at 20-25 kV, spinning distance of 15-25 cm to obtain graphene/PAN composite nonwoven felt; and (B) heating graphene/PAN composite non-woven felt from room temperature to 180-200 degrees C at to 2-6 degrees C/minute, heating to 250-300 degrees C at 1-5 degrees C/minute, maintaining temperature for 0.5-1 hour, and cooling to room temperature to form thermosetting graphene/PAN composite nonwoven felt; and heating to 800-1100 degrees C at 5-10 degrees C in nitrogen atmosphere and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours.
