NOVELTY - The preparation method of carbon nanotube/graphene compound involves (i) mixing carbon nanotube, additive and surfactant, adding solvent to mixture, mixing, stirring, distilling solvent, placing in an oven, drying, (ii) adding the mixed material into an atmosphere furnace, carbonizing in a protective atmosphere for 0.1-10 hours, removing, cooling to room temperature, (iii) placing the carbonized product in an acid solution, stirring at 25-200 rpm for 1-5 hours, sufficiently washing with deionized water, placing in a vacuum oven, and drying. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotube/graphene compound (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of carbon nanotube/graphene compound having high specific surface area, excellent electrical property, specific capacitance of 100-350 F/g, specific surface area of 150-400 m2/g, and graphene degree of 30-70%, at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of carbon nanotube/graphene compound involves (i) mixing carbon nanotube, additive and surfactant in a ratio of 1-100:100:0.01-1, adding 1-10 times the mass of solvent to the mixture, mixing, stirring, distilling off the solvent, placing in an oven, drying, (ii) adding the mixed material into an atmosphere furnace, carbonizing at 1100-2000 degrees C at a rate of 1-50 degrees C/minute and nitrogen or argon gas flow rate of 25-300 ml/minute in a protective atmosphere for 0.1-10 hours, removing, cooling to room temperature, (iii) placing the carbonized product in an acid solution, stirring at 25-200 rpm for 1-5 hours, sufficiently washing with deionized water, placing in a vacuum oven, and drying at 35-100 degrees C for 1-12 hours in a vacuum degree of 1.0x 10-1-1.0x 105 Pa. The acid is hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid, or sulfuric acid. The molar concentration of acid is 0.05-6 mol/l.
