NOVELTY - A nanocomposite comprises a layer of carbon nanotubes, a layer of silicon nitride and a layer of graphene. USE - Nanocomposite for use in microbolometer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite provides more optical, electrical and thermal conductivity and has increased sensitivity.
