▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Automobile air outlet thumbwheel with fluorescent function comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polypropylene, 8-10 pts. wt. fluorescent particles, 10-15 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, where the thumbwheel is prepared by melting polypropylene, adding fluorescent particles, plasticizer and antioxidant, extruding and discharging to obtain extruded material, then placing the extruded material into a mold, and cooling to obtain the finished product. USE - Used as automobile air outlet thumbwheel with fluorescent function. ADVANTAGE - The thumbwheel: contains large number of conjugated double bonds; easily excites delocalized pi electrons, so that the fluorescent effect is easily produced; enhances the fluorescence effect; and utilizes fluorescent particles which has fluorescent components which are not in direct contact with the outside, so that as to have excellent fluorescent effect after being used for multiple times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the automobile air outlet thumbwheel, comprising (a) taking polypropylene, fluorescent particles, plasticizer and antioxidant, melting polypropylene, adding fluorescent particles, plasticizer and antioxidant, and extruding to obtain extruded material, and (b) adding the extruded material into the mold, molding and cooling to obtain the finished product.
