NOVELTY - A wear-resistant environmentally-friendly water-based paint with high adhesion force, comprises 56-57 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 23-24 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 21-22 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin, 8-9 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 5-6 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.4-1.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.9-2.1 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. pigment, 2.6-2.7 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil and 56-60 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Wear-resistant environmentally-friendly water-based paint with high adhesion force (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water-based paint is environmentally-friendly and has high adhesion force, excellent abrasion resistance and excellent wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A wear-resistant environmentally-friendly water-based paint with high adhesion force, comprises 56-57 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 23-24 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 21-22 pts. wt. glycerol epoxy resin, 8-9 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 5-6 pts. wt. mica powder, 1.4-1.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.9-2.1 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. film-forming additive, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. pigment, 2.6-2.7 pts. wt. hydrogenated castor oil and 56-60 pts. wt. deionized water. The modified graphene is prepared by adding 1.5-2 pts. wt. graphene and 22-24 pts. wt. sulfuric acid/nitric acid solution in reaction vessel (I) placed in water bath, mixing uniformly at 63-64 degrees C, ultrasonically dispersing for 2.2-2.5 hours under ultrasonic frequency of 16-17 kHz and ultrasonic power of 840-900 W to obtain material (A), feeding material (A) into 1.3-1.5 x 104 pts. wt. deionized water, adjusting the pH value to 6.8-7.1, aging for 1.2-1.3 hours, filtering, drying to obtain material (B), adding material (B), 17-18 pts. wt. thionyl chloride, 9-10 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide in reaction vessel (II) at 73-75 degrees C, heat preserving for 20.5-21 hours under the protection of nitrogen, vacuum distilling for 0.7-0.8 hour, again aging for 1.2-1.3 hours, drying to obtain material (C), adding material (C) and 6-7 pts. wt. triethylenetetramine into reaction vessel (III), mixing evenly, ultrasonically dispersing for 3.5-4 hours under ultrasonic frequency of 56-57 kHz and ultrasonic power of 900-1000 W, raising temperature of reaction vessel (III) to 108-110 degrees C and maintaining temperature for 3.4-3.8 hours, vacuum distilling for 0.6-0.7 hour, filtering, and drying. Sulfuric acid/nitric acid complex solution is mixed solution of 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution and 52-55 wt.% nitric acid solution with volume ratio of (4.1-4.4):(1.2-1.5).
