▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Copper-based alloy pipe comprises a copper-base alloy pipe body and an anticorrosive coating on the surface of the copper-base alloy tube body. The anticorrolytic coating comprises 80-100 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, 22-32 pts. wt. polytrifluoroethyl methacrylate, 14-26 pts. wt. anti-corrosion filler, 5-11 pts. wt. quartz powder, 3-10 pts. wt. silicon micropowder, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer and 15-30 pts. wt. aromatic amine curing. USE - Copper-based alloy pipe for desalting seawater. Uses include e.g. power, chemical engineering, petrochemical, steel and high water consumption water industry. ADVANTAGE - The copper-based alloy pipe has better corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a copper-based alloy tube for desalination of seawater comprises: (i) mixing triethyl borate and anhydrous ethanol to form a triethyl borate solution, where the mass ratio of triethyl borate to anhydrous ethanol is 1:12-18; (ii) mixing D-fructose and an aqueous acetic acid solution to form a gel, where the mass fraction of the aqueous acetic acid solution is 20-40%, and the mass ratio of D-fructose to the aqueous acetic acid solution is 1.8-3.6:8-12; (iii) mixing n-butyl aluminum and calcium ethoxide with the triethyl borate solution to form a reaction material liquid, where the mass ratios of n-butyl aluminum, calcium ethoxide, and triethyl borate solution are 1.28-1.63:1.12-1.45:8-12; (iv) stirring the gel uniformly in a water bath at 45-55 °C, and introducing reaction material liquid dropwise. After all is added, heating to 65-85 °C and reflux stirring for 12-24 hours, and cooling to room temperature.
