NOVELTY - Reduction of graphene oxide is performed by reacting graphene oxide in system containing water at greater than or equal to 100 degrees C and water vapor under closed condition. USE - Reduction of graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process does not use and produce toxic and harmful chemical substances, has low energy consumption and fast reaction, and obtains product which has low toxicity and high biological activity.
