▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane comprises perfluorosulfonic acid resin masterbatch doped with sulfonated graphene, where the perfluorosulfonic acid resin is melted and extruded into a film and compounded with the reinforced mesh cloth. USE - The perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange membrane is useful in fuel cells, water electrolysis, electrodialysis and flow batteries. ADVANTAGE - The membrane improves proton conductivity, improves the tensile strength and improves dimensional stability of the membrane. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the membrane, involving (a) uniformly mixing sulfonated graphene and perfluorosulfonic acid resin, and melt-extruding to obtain sulfonated graphene-doped perfluorosulfonic acid resin masterbatch, (b) uniformly mixing the masterbatch with perfluorosulfonic acid resin, and melt-extruding to obtain a sulfonated graphene-doped perfluorosulfonic acid based membrane, (c) using a continuous vacuum composite process, and arranging the reinforced mesh on the surface or inside of the base membrane to obtain the membrane, (d) soaking the membrane doped with sulfonated graphene in an alkali metal hydroxide solution, and hydrolyzing to obtain transformed sulfonated graphene doped enhanced perfluorosulfonic acid membrane, and (e) soaking the membrane in an acid solution, and rinsing with deionized water to obtain the membrane.
