NOVELTY - Graphene-based nano-drug carrier comprises graphene oxide, 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-polyethylene glycol-folic acid and 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-S-S-drug, where 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-S-S-drug is adriamycin, chlorin e6 or protoporphyrin IX. USE - Graphene-based nano-drug carrier. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based nano-drug carrier ensures simple preparation, high carrying efficiency, reduced responsiveness and targeting, and good biological compatibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-based nano-drug carrier, which involves: (A) mixing polyethylene glycol with 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid in an organic solvent; (B) reacting obtained mixture for 2-12 hours at 50-100 degrees C; (C) dialyzing and freeze-drying reaction mixture to obtain 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-polyethylene glycol-amine that is reacted in organic solvent with r2 and folic acid for 2-12 hours at 50-100 degrees C; (D) dialyzing and freeze-drying reaction mixture to obtain 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-polyethylene glycol-folic acid; (E) reacting cystine and 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid in an organic solvent for 12-24 hours at normal temperature; (F) dialyzing and freeze-drying reaction mixture to obtain 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-S-S-amine that is reacted with succinic anhydride, 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-S-S-carboxylic acid and anti-tumour medicine in presence of r4 and organic solvent or 12-24 hours at normal temperature; (G) dialyzing and freeze-drying reaction mixture to obtain 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-S-S-drug; (H) crushing graphene oxide solution with C1 cell crushing instrument ultrasonic stripping for 0.5-1.5 hours; (I) stirring 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-polyethylene glycol-folic acid, 4-(1-pyrenyl)butyric acid-S-S-di-naphthenic acid and graphene oxide in organic solvent with r5 for 6-12 hours at normal temperature; and (J) dialyzing and freeze-drying reaction mixture to obtain product.
