▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing manganese dioxide-molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide electrode material, comprises (a) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding surfactant aqueous solution, molybdenum trioxide and potassium thiocyanate, stirring and mixing evenly, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain a precipitate, washing and drying to obtain molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide; and (b) dispersing molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene in deionized water, adding potassium permanganate and hydrochloric acid and mixing, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction to obtain a precipitate, washing and drying. USE - The electrode material is useful in preparing supercapacitor, micro-nano electronic device, and solar cell electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The manganese dioxide is uniformly dispersed between the sheet layers, forming a rich conductive network, ensuring the fully and intimately contact with the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manganese dioxide-molybdenum disulfide/reduced graphene oxide electrode material.
