▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing anti-icing coating comprises (1) mixing expandable microspheres and photothermal nanomaterials, adding them to the high-temperature curing resin diluted with dilution solvent, and dispersing evenly to prepare a colloidal solution; (2) transferring the colloidal solution to surface of the substrate, heating the substrate with colloidal solution attached to volatilize the dilution solvent, continuously heating, under conditions of initial expansion temperature of expandable microspheres or higher than initial expansion temperature, completing the expansion of the expandable microspheres in colloidal solution, and completing the curing of high-temperature curing resin; reheating to maximum expansion temperature of the expandable microspheres, shrinking the expanded expandable microspheres, and cooling to obtain three-dimensional porous coating; and (3) performing surface treatment on three-dimensional porous coating, and injecting oily liquid to prepare the anti-icing coating. USE - The anti-icing coating is useful in fields of electric power, transportation, communication or aviation; preferably anti-icing coating is useful for anti-icing of heat exchanger, anti-icing of wind turbine blade, anti-icing of vehicle, anti-icing of ship, anti-icing of aircraft surface or anti-icing of power and communication facilities (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anti-icing coating: can reduces ice adhesion strength on surface, delays freezing time, and greatly improves robustness of low ice adhesion performance of coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for anti-icing coating is prepared by above mentioned method.
