NOVELTY - High-performance rubber adhesive composition comprises (a) 60-90 pts. wt. rubber compound containing 100 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), 30-35 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-1.5 pts. wt. 4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)-N-(4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)phenyl)aniline as anti-aging agent, 2-3 pts. wt. di(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene as crosslinking agent A, 2-3 pts. wt. sulfur as crosslinking agent B, 0.7-1 pts. wt. thioperoxydicarbonyl diamide as accelerator, 5-7 pts. wt. plasticizer and 4-5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide as crosslinking aid; and (b) 10-40 pts. wt. solvent compound containing 89-91 pts. wt. novolac phenol-based resin, 9-11 pts. wt. hexamethyltetramine, 35 to 45 pts. wt. methyl ethyl ketone as organic solvent, and 1-3 pts. wt. modified graphene. USE - The high-performance rubber adhesive composition is useful for bonding rubber i.e. synthetic rubber and metal in automobile engine seals, valve stem seals, camshaft seals, transmission seals, bearing seals, power seals, fuels, gasket for battery vehicle stack, seals for railway vehicles and seals for ships. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance rubber adhesive composition has excellent adhesive property, can perform adhesive process of low nitrile content HNBR synthetic rubber adhesive that satisfies low temperature requirement at high temperature, and prevents generation of waste and recycling adherends i.e. iron and stainless steel.
