NOVELTY - A flexible cellular foam product (1) comprises a flexible foam substrate having at least one surface, and a coating layer (4) comprising a highly thermally-conductive nanomaterial and a binder. The binder is at least one chosen from, e.g. acrylic polymer emulsions produced from at least one monomer chosen from ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, and methyl acrylate, polyvinylidene chloride latex, styrene-butadiene latex, styrene-acrylic emulsion polymers including resin supported emulsions, vinyl-acetate based polymers such as vinyl acetate ethylene copolymers and vinyl acrylic latex, nitrile latex elastomers, polybutadiene elastomers produced from 1,3-butadiene elastomers, dicyclopentadiene-based elastomers, ethylene propylene dicyclopentadiene-based elastomers, neoprene binder, natural rubber binder, aqueous polyurethane elastomers, starch/dextrin-based binders, protein/casein-based binders, and silicone-based binders. USE - Flexible cellular foam product is used for article such as mattress, topper, pillow, pillow topper, mattress topper, quilted topper, body support foam, pet beds, outdoor bedding pads, outdoor pillows, cushions, armrests, seat-backs, foot-rests, decorative cushioning, and functional support (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flexible cellular foam product has improved thermal effusivity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flexible cellular foam product comprises a flexible foam substrate having at least one surface, and a coating layer comprising a highly thermally-conductive nanomaterial and a binder, provided on at least one surface of the flexible foam substrate. The binder binds the highly thermally-conductive nanomaterial of the coating layer to at least one surface of the flexible foam substrate and is at least one chosen from acrylic polymer emulsions produced from at least one monomer chosen from ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid, and methyl acrylate, polyvinylidene chloride latex, styrene-butadiene latex, carboxylated acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, carboxylated butadiene copolymer rubber, styrene-acrylic emulsion polymers including resin supported emulsions, vinyl-acetate based polymers such as vinyl acetate ethylene copolymers and vinyl acrylic latex, nitrile latex elastomers, nitrile-butadiene elastomers, polybutadiene elastomers produced from 1,3-butadiene elastomers, dicyclopentadiene-based elastomers, ethylene propylene dicyclopentadiene-based elastomers, neoprene binder, natural rubber binder, aqueous polyurethane elastomers, starch/dextrin-based binders, protein/casein-based binders, and silicone-based binders.
